ShredFast Zoom Personal Training is a live, interactive workout session led by our expert coaches. These sessions focus on HIIT training using bodyweight and kettlebells, designed to improve your strength, endurance, and overall fitness—all from the comfort of your home.
Our sessions cater to all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced athletes. Each workout can be modified based on your abilities, ensuring you get the most out of every session.
We recommend having a x2 kettlebell (8kg–24kg depending on your strength level), a mat, and a towel. However, if you don’t have a kettlebell, bodyweight alternatives will be provided.
Each session lasts 45–60 minutes, including warm-up, the main workout, and cooldown/stretching.
Unlike pre-recorded workouts, Zoom Personal Training is live and fully interactive. Your coach will guide you, correct your form, and motivate you in real-time, ensuring you get personalized coaching and maximum results.
Yes, but we recommend consulting your doctor first. During the session, your coach can modify exercises to suit your condition while ensuring safety.
Booking is simple! Once you purchase a package, you’ll receive a link to schedule your session at a convenient time.
You can reschedule your session with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations within 24 hours will be counted as a completed session.
Yes! As part of our holistic approach, we provide guidance on nutrition, hydration, sleep, and recovery to help you achieve the best results.
We recommend 2–4 sessions per week, depending on your goals. Consistency, combined with proper nutrition and recovery, will drive transformation.
Yes! We offer partner or small-group training options if you'd like to train with a friend or family member.
You’ll receive a private Zoom link before your session. Simply click the link at the scheduled time, and you’re good to go!
A stable internet connection is recommended for the best experience. If you face connection issues, we will do our best to accommodate a make-up session where possible.
If you’re late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to respect the coach’s schedule. We encourage logging in 5 minutes early to prepare.
